So helpful and so easy to reserve a car. The workers were kind and went above and beyond. Will definitely be back for all our car rental needs!
This has been the best rental experience we’ve ever had. The manager, Jacob, was exceptionally helpful, patient and always did his best to work things out for us. We first rented a car in September. The staff called ahead to let us know there might be a delay due to overbooking — which we really appreciated, as it saved us a wasted trip. The next day, they quickly arranged a car for us. I highly recommend this Enterprise to anyone in the Sacramento area needing a rental. The prices were fair and the rental I received surpassed my expectations. I had an unexpected issue with dropoff in LAX (different location for a one way rental) and even though it wasn't the fault of this location they were able to resolve it quickly for me and I really appreciate their attentiveness and care. Thank you Josh and Jacob!
Reserved a rental through my insurance company while my car was being fixed. Enterprise picked me up the day of and dropped me off when my vehicle was done. Although the process of getting the keys to the rental car and returning it does take a bit, I don’t blame them. With their staffing numbers they are doing their best and they do it with a smile. I would 100% go through them again if I ever need it.
