We’ve rented several through this office several times and have always had great experiences. This last time Jacob really went out of his way to make sure he got me into a vehicle that I was comfortable driving after I wasn’t happy with the first one I picked up. He’s very friendly, happy, and helpful to every customer, whether on the phone or in person, every time I’m in the store - even though it’s almost always super busy. The staff is attentive and ready to help. I needed a ride back and forth to the body shop and they arrange someone to pick me up and drop me off very quickly. I forgot the name of the agent who check me in but she was through and helpful and Also Jacob Fuller who assisted me when I returned the car. Great customer service.
