If I could give 0 stars, I would. 1 star is way too generous. Enterprise is an absolute scam of a company. After I returned the car and finalized everything, they kept my credit card information and charged me again later without any explanation. When I called to ask about the charge, they brushed it off as a “mistake” — which feels more like a convenient excuse they use often.
