After booking online and receiving confirmation email that my rental car will be ready for 9AM, l went to the local Enterprise Rental car and had to wait for two hours before getting into a car. I was the second customer to get through the door and I was not treated with priority. I've been renting from Enterprise now for the past 20 years. I rented a fleet of cars from them for my wedding. I rent one vehicle from them about every year either for a personal trip or MPI rental. I rented an SUV from them this past weekend and there were some issues with the vehicle. I dealt with enterprise a couple of times for rentals and the customer service was excellent both times! Both times the vehicle was clean and the staff went over the inspection throughly. They explained the process clearly and it didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me anything or have any hidden agendas for the insurance for vehicle. I appreciated the openness and support while maintaining good customer service!
