Had a great experience this morning renting a car from the Enterprise location in Newington! My mom needed a vehicle for the week as her car is getting repaired and Collin took the time to walk my mom (70 year old who has been driving a 2005 Toyota Avalon) through all the bells and whistles of a brand new Mercedes. He was super patient and professional. My mom felt nervous at first, but left confident driving in this vehicle because he was so thorough with her. Thank you Collin-you are the reason we ALWAYS choose enterprise.
Clean units
I had 3 things that I would have appreciate it went different during the pick up of my rental car. 1. The rental car they provided was empty in gas (the representative offered a solution but see the item #3) 2. The car still has cigarette smell inside. 3. After I brought up that the car was gas empty, they took the car to the gas station to “ completely fill it up”, the representative filled it up only 3 quarters and I did realize after I left the place.
