Enterprise Mankato was a breeze! Any other time I've had to pick up a vehicle it's felt like a nightmare. Salesman constantly bombarding you with services you don't want, lying to you about costs, and deep concern about drop off and whether or not they try to pin damage on you that you didn't do. I didn't feel any of that with this location. Pick up and drop off were both very fast and smooth, representatives were friendly and up front, and I didn't feel like I had to buy services I didn't need.
Always helpful and easy to work with. The only place I'll rent now.
Had a reservation here and they called 30 mins before and said no vehicles were available. Zero help from the branch. You're only as good as your worse employee I guess....
