Was told one thing when we scheduled the rental and told another the day of when I was depending on a rental while my vehicle got fixed. The only positive is I asked for clarification when he said they would pick me up and bring me back to Mankato. This is about an hour drive and I had a scheduled appointment about a half hour after the scheduled rental. I had to cancel the rental and find a work around to get myself and my kids to our appointments and scheduled activities the same day. Not impressed.

I rented a car for the week through the North Mankato location. The staff were extremely helpful and offered me a choice of vehicles in the class range as my fist pics were not available. The car was in good condition (though it needed an oil change which I reported upon return). We drove it to Michigan and back with no issues. Juliet assisted with check in and was exceptional for customer service. If I need to rent again in the area I will definitely be back. Tysm!
