“I made a reservation with Enterprise in advance for the scheduled time and arrived punctually, trusting the confirmation. However, upon arrival I was informed, without any real solution or consideration, that no vehicles were available. This is unacceptable, as a reservation should guarantee availability or at least provide a reasonable alternative.
