Ok place, ok staff BUT.... no matter what you want or how long ago you booked online and also called a few days before pickup to verify they CANNOT and HAVE NOT accommodated my needed vehicle, that was of course available online to book. Have tried 3 times now in the last 6 years and now I'm never going back. My experience with going online to book months ahead of time, call ahead to verify, go online again to check out easier just to have complete failure AGAIN today. Staff was proffessional and the car was great. Some exterior damage but sales representative documented it no problems. The only area fur improvement could be to make check in more efficient. We waited to get the rental approximately 1 hour, if I'd had a plane to catch I'd have been in trouble. Good value, great staff and a capable vehicle.

Absolutely amazing! Super easy to work with and they go out of their way to make sure your needs are met! They called me several times with updates about the rental term and how everything was going which I sincerely appreciate, you can tell this company goes out of their way to make sure you are taken care of!
