I made a car reservation on a Saturday night, and it was confirmed. After taking an Uber to the pickup location on Sunday morning, I was told there were no cars available—even though I saw several in the lot. No one provided an explanation as to why my reservation was confirmed if there were no vehicles to rent. I also never received an apology for the inconvenience. Had a reservation to pick up a car and asked what I needed they said just my license took a uber there to be told I had to have a credit card on file for a deposit they wouldn’t accept my virtual credit card and was denied the already paid for car rental wouldn’t recommend dealing with these unprofessional people at this location I payed for 2 uber rides for no reason
