I rent a lot from enterprise for over 20yrs for business. The Covington hwy Lithonia location is the worst in every category. They will call on a Friday and confirm your reservation, only to not have the car 9am sat. The cars are always nasty. The worst part is they are a busy location, so there could be 20 people in line. They will check itialmost all 20 people in before going to get any cars for customers already waiting for cars. So I get there at 9am and usually don't leave until after 11am.
