Staff was amazing.
Terrible service. Staff needs to be retrained!!! I called multiple times asking questions to have what would be needed to rent a car. Took a very expensive uber to the location after working closely with a rep from the branch itself just to be told I’m not able to rent with what I bought with me and they don’t know why the person on the phone told me that. 150$ down the drain on Ubers. I recommend a different branch. People were also in here swapping their cars because of bad weed smells.
I have been renting from Enterprise since January, but todayBrianna and Camaya were amazing.!!! Brianna was training Camaya and another lady yesterday ( I forget the other young lady name) and the place was extremely busy. Brianna showed them how to go above and beyond today both of the young ladies helped more than ever at the end of the day, Brianna came back outside to wipe down the inside of the car because it was still a few small details that were not clean. Friendly personnel Made it happen when the automobile was not what we needed. Went the extra mile to meet our needs .
