Worst place i have ever dealt with. My headphones were stolen. I called the company asking them to please mail back my headphones (Bose) they were very expensive . They young lady said I would have to pay for my own shipping label. Which is fine since it was my fault for leaving them in the vehicle I rented. When ever I called back asking why I haven't received them . Apparently they were no where to be found and they had assured me they had them. Great experience. Showed up 10 minutes early for reservation and they got me taken care of in less than 5 minutes. The ladies behind the desk were very helpful, kind, and professional. The car was right where they said it was, full of gas, and clean. The car also drove as it should and I had no problems with it during the duration of the rental.
