Rude staff seemed annoyed when I asked if I can use my debit card cause im active duty and on the website it says I can use a debit card she stated absolutely not and became annoyed
Car was clean and drove well, and it came with a full tank. The lady at the desk was the sweetest ever and explained stuff to me so patiently. They also called to confirm my rental and ended up working out a way to get my car when I arrived at the airport instead of the next morning which made it so much easier for me. 10/10 experience
Our plane was very delayed but this Enterprise still had someone there after hours to accommodate passengers. We very much appreciated being able to get our rental car before heading to the hotel. Thank you! Also in the days leading up to the trip, I had called a few times, and they answered all of my questions and were friendly.
Overall Good. Associate Didn't ask if I was in The Military.
