Excellent service and was taken care of extremely well.
Had a car from her while my own was being fixed. Staff were very thorough and helpful with my questions, car I had was nice and the overall experience was great. Pickup and drop off to where I needed to get to made the whole experience very convenient. I don't know why there are many negative reviews but this was certainly not my experience, I was very happy.

Not understanding why there are bad reviews, but here is my honest understandings reviews for the car rental industry and customer services: The team has been supportive the best that they can for my rental which gives me the best advice, best rate, nice car, and helped me out when i need the team the most.
