Needed a passenger vehicle for some out-of-town guests. Booked online at the very last minute - quite literally hours before pickup time right at opening of the Langley location at 0800h. Service was excellent, the Hyundai Kona was perfect for the day and guests were comfortable and enjoyed the road trip to Whistler immensely. Broken down on side of highway for 9.5hrs on my 2nd day of vacation. 2nd year in a row I reserved a premium full size suv and was given a full size suv.
Very courteous and knowledgeable staff. Seems like a very great work environment. I used the pick up service and Suzen was amazing. Thank you all so much, we will definitely be back to this location for our next trip.
