Rented a car at the Vernal airport for a one way trip into Colorado. The car was perfect for our needs, clean and well maintained. I would definitely rent from this agent again without hesitation.
This place is HORRIBLE!!!!! DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM HERE!!!! The manager Cliff, charged my debit card twice by mistake and then it took over a week for the charges to be resolved thru my bank!!! I tried to call him several times and left message after message on his phone and he never call me back. I called the enterprise customer service phone number and it was "busy". I had such a wonderful experience with Enterprise in Vernal that I have to tell it to as many people as I can. The service was exceptional. The car was clean, brand new, and fun to drive! The branch manager there - Brian - is such a great guy. Very honest, personable, and efficient. He really went the extra mile to help me out. Their prices are so much better than anyone else's.
