Had a reservation and they had no vehicles available! Employee said, "it will allow you to make a reservation without having a car available". FIX THAT! PEOPLE FLY IN WITH PLANS!!!
Excellent customer service. A clean vehicle with a full tank of gas and great air pressure in the tires.
Customer Service at the Minot, ND airport was wonderful. All my information was ready and they did not take time reviewing every detail only the highlights after the booking process was already complete.
Something has happened to this company at Minot as they are always out of cars even though reservations are made. Staff are unfriendly and often goofing off in the back. I’ve been using Enterprise for many years but no more because of this experience! Absolutely horrible. Someone from Corporate should investigate.
