No cars and the manager was really rude and said he doesn’t feel sorry for people who book reservations and don’t get a car
Best customer service from a car rental company that I’ve had. O and Alicia are the best! We had an issue with our car that we rented (at neither party’s fault) and we were provided with a replacement car in a very timely manner. They were attentive to our needs and made sure that we were ok. They were responsive to communications throughout our entire experience. We will continue to use Enterprise anytime we fly in to Minot. Overall excellent experience from pick up to drop off!
My car rental out of Minot Airport & dropping it off at the Fargo North Dakota airport went extremely smoothly. Dylan, the staff at Minot airport, was kind and helpful. He even allowed me to pick up the car at 6 PM even though technically the hours ended at 5 PM at that airport I am very thankful for his service.
