Well everything car and people at the front desk were satisfied to me. The only one thing where I am fighting here in Canada is regarding the use of my business debit card as the financial department from my Gutor company is located in France. Gutor Electronic is a Switzerland company with its head quarter located in Wettingen. Excellent Rental Company
I reserved the car on line and received prompt email verification. Picked up the car at the Brandon Airport. We were upgraded to a Ford Escape which we loved! Lots of room for passengers and luggage. After hours drop off was easy and convenient.
Check in was so fast. Best experience I've had at a car rental. I dealt with Munil and he was so helpful and courteous. The only issue I had was that the car I rented, I couldn't get my navigation to connect through the blue tooth. My car stated that i needed a Mazda SD card to connect my maps to the car. The Bluetooth worked fine other than Apple or Google maps. Not going to lie...it might have been me and not a car issue.
Nice vehicle, easy pick up and drop off. Staff was extremely friendly!!
