Ryan was a great representative of Enterprise! He was knowledgeable and friendly. The car was perfect - clean, and ran well for the entire rental period. I will definitely come back to Enterprise to rent.
Had reservations for a car. When I showed up I was told they didn’t have the car I reserved. Then would not take my card due to it being my husband card so then I had to get an uber there to provide my card to get a rental car which wasn’t the car we wanted.
I wish I could give them 0 stars. Made a reservation, go to pick up my car, they have no cars available. Definitely massed up my schedule and day but took it with a grain of salt and would come back later to pick up an available car. Got a call from a gentleman a few hours later that I have A car available and could come pick it up, when I arrived I was Informed they ONLY take credit card.
