Easy online reservation via USAA. Check-in/out was quick and easy. Female employees on October 16, 2026 at 8:30 PM and October 19, 2026 at 2 PM were very helpful, friendly and customer service oriented. Thank you!
They were super nice and the car was great. There was no mention of an “excessive mileage” charge until I paid. Very disappointed in that surprise!!
I’ve never dealt with such a rude and disrespectful employee. They gave my mother a car with an expired registration. We called and tried to have the issue resolved and my mother was laughed at on the phone. My mother called customer service to let them know what happened. The older woman with the long white hair and glasses that works at this location called us back and threatened my mother. She told her she better withdraw the complaint or else.
