Terrible experience with their lack of initiative to be solution-oriented. We scheduled our rental with much advance. We went in person to confirm 1 week before. We got a call 30 minutes before pick up and were told it was no longer available due to mechanical issues. They said they would “maybe” have another rental the next AM. People plan vacation days, hotels, reservations and this location does NOT care to jeopardize plans. Do better Columbus Enterprise - bad image for rural NE.
