Don’t bother booking online unless you have a physical credit card to bring with you to pick up. We had multiple other customers come in to pick up a rental while we were waiting who had the same problem, and got turned away. Wasted my time and money.
Marquis and the Crew always there when you need them ..
This place is the worst. I have been on hold for hours and there is no answer. After 5 months I got a ticket and it was not accurate as I did not have the car during that time. I would not recommend this location. They do not have enough staff to discuss this matter.
This is my rental go-to. Always super friendly, easy to deal with, and make the whole process feel quick and painless. Will be back plenty more!
