The car offered was great and the employee helping me today was very kind, but management seemed very lax and sketchy. When I asked about a military discount or government rate, the employee called their manager for help, resulting in an increase of $300 from my previously expected cost. The new cost (over $2,000) was then charged to my card by this off-site manager without me signing off on it. Nobody was able to explain to me what happened, so I ended up canceling my reservation because the whole situation freaked me out.
