Process was quick and easy on pickup and return. Rental Car ran perfectly. Staff very nice and professional. Would use enterprise again if needed

The guy was very helpful and well mannered and efficient
Jordan is amazing. It's my second time getting a rental and he always does a great job! The whole team. I definitely will recommend smithfield enterprise.
Scheduled the night before due to car issues, was told in the morning (8am) that they didn't have any cars in but I was first on the wait list. Called back at 12pm and was told that they probably wouldn't have any cars in for the rest of the day. Jordan stated that he was unsure if he could get me into a car the next morning but GUARANTEED a vehicle for the afternoon.
