It was easy to make an online reservation and to return the vehicle. The car was clean with a full tank and everything was in working order. Enterprise consistently outperforms other rental companies.

Flight was delayed but I had a reservation with the flight number attached and the rental car counter closed leaving me stranded in a small airport with my 8 yr old daughter. We couldn’t make it to our destination that night without a car so I was forced to get a hotel near the airport and pay for that one and the hotel at our destination plus the taxi to and from the airport once the rental car counter opened the next day!! What a disappointment and lots of incurred additional cost. Horrible experience and customer service.
