Best rental experience, I have done for years. Customer service made pickup and dropoff brand-new car easy. If I had to make another experience, it would be with Enterprise Rent-A-Car without hesitation.
Your representatives made this a very smooth and convenient experience, and they were very courteous and customer-oriented. I really appreciated being picked up and dropped off at my destination. The car I was provided was exactly what I was comfortable driving after I asked if there was a choice between the original sedan booked and something closer to my own vehicle (an SUV).
Fantastic Service and Total Flexibility! I had an amazing experience with this rental location. They let me choose my own car right from the lot, which was a great bonus. Even better, when my plans changed and I needed to leave the car in a different city, agent Scott A handled it flawlessly with absolutely no extra fees.
