I had to rent a car because my car was in an accident...it happened the weekend before I was supposed to volunteer for my son's school. I have an SUV my insurance only covered a certain amount per day, which would not have covered an SUV. When I explained my situation to the clerk they gave me an SUV so that I would still be able to full fill my commitment. AWESOME customer service!
I find this particular location is staffed with good, courteous people. Enterprise does not seem to tack on high fees for things, and would never send a bill for damage already noted on a car when I took it out - as Avis did. They just seem more human somehow.
