My day went smoothly picked up went well in the car ran great. Dropping it off was a breeze.
Enterprise offered service in an area we were traveling and where we could find no other option. We like Enterprise, but we always look for a good deal. This location was accessible and affordable
Very disappointed in the lack of communication. We went there in person and offered to pay in full. Was told it was unnecessary. When we showed up to pick up the car we were informed that it was too late, we needed to be there by 8 am, and they could put us on a waiting list for a car. This was not explained on the day that they took our information and gave us a price that we offered to pay for in full. Had we known that, we would have picked up the car at the time required.
