The staff were amazing. I was looking for a lower end rental while my daily was in the shop. I was very surprised and happy when they upgraded me before I even walked in!
The Ford Explorer given us was in very good condition and up-to-date. The staff took care of our needs with a size of the car and ease of entry and exit. Key features were explained to us and the staff accommodated us by picking us up and we were able to drop off very smoothly at the end of our rental. I highly recommend Enterprise Rent A Car and the Mahopac office staff.
This Enterprise location was managed very well. The vehicle was in excellent condition. The price was less than I expected as well. I would recommend renting a car from them every time.
