I initially had no problem with this Enterprise branch and rented from them for several months following an accident. That changed when I went into the branch solely to provide a new credit card for my existing rental. An employee worked on updating my credit card information while being guided by management from their desks at the back of the room. Insurance provided vehicle while my personal is getting repaired. Car I received is in pretty bad condition and smells like smoke. Not the most pleasant car to drive for at least two weeks.
