I'm always impressed with the friendly and professional staff here. The service is top notch, zero attitude and everyone is very helpful and pleasant. I was a little disappointed on my vehicle selection (only one car available, so no choice), but I understand it gets busy and choices gets narrowed. I don't know if my decade of brand loyalty is appreciated as much as I think it should be.
Nikki was so helpful and I appreciated her kindness after a long flight!!
