Reserved a van week ahead of labor weekend Came the day of picking up van they don’t have one. They called me saying they don’t have one at the time I need it but will work on it. Came hours later they still don’t have one. I asked to speak to manager they tell me she knows about it. 4pm comes around still no van but they working on it. They keep telling me. Reserve a van week ahead of Labor Day weekend Relied on enterprise for the van and to take my family out for the weekend. Came the day Friday to pick up van and they called don’t have one. They called me saying they working on it. I had to leave by four o’clock and they called 8am So 12pm hits I called still no van and still working on it. On my last rental the customer service was below standard. When I called to inform the manager she was very mono-tone with her response. I would not recommend this location unless it is absolutely needed.
