Process was very easy and transparent, although it would be nice to get some of the prepaid fuel funds back if fuel is hardly used by renter. Associates were very knowledgeable, took time to show me unfamiliar features in the rented vehicle, and dropped me off when renting was done.
I had a fabulous time in the convertible I rented!

Awful experience. We reserved a car a month ago. We show up today and they've already rented out everything they had. What was the point of making the reservation then? We're stick out and dont have a car. Thanks, enterprise.
