Wrecked my car and Enterprise is one of my insurance company’s approved rental companies. The entire process was quick and easy. Jamar was the associate I dealt with from beginning to end. He explained everything and answered all my questions. The whole process was easy and fast.

Ordered a luxury mid sized suv. All they had was a Nissan. Also never mentioned a credit card would be required as I use debit only. Pathetic. Attached is the email I received as confirmation when ordering the luxury suv. Showing they accept both debit and credit.
