Enterprise and car rental companies in general have a bad policy, requiring the use of a credit card or return plane ticket at airports. After my relative offered to put the rental on their card so I could reimburse them the cash, the agent refused service to me because he felt offended. I don't recommend enterprise anymore, and specifically this one needs better staffing.

I always rent from the airport when I fly in to visit family, and the customer service never fails! Exceptional staffing always!
