I’m writing a review to let people know. I had a special experience here. I came early in the morning and I had some special needs. Brian heard my request and he had Kevin help. Me and Kevin did a wonderful job both very pleasant people and very helpful I’m impressed that Enterprise can get these guys to do great work in this age.

Got a rental there and was supposed to be taken care of by dealer as the lady at counter said " don't worry they will take care of it " and some how I got charge with no explanation no call no nothing $450 ... Wth

The system they use makes it irrelevant if the vehicle is actually at the location. We showed up on time to pick up our vehicle which we made a reservation for months in advance, but the vehicle we had reserved was not there. The employees had to hunt for a vehicle which arrived 4 hours after our agreed upon time. When the vehicle did arrive, it reeked like cigarette smoke. I do not blame the employees. We reserved a truck. Day before our reservation, they alert us that they accidently rented out their last truck and won't be able to service us with a truck anymore.
