First time renting and Enterprise made the process very smooth. Brandon the manager was very patient with me and made sure I understood all polices. Julie showed me to my rental and was very knowledgeable and kind. Everyone in office made sure you were addressed and taken care of. If I ever need to rent again, I would definitely use them!
I utilize the Enterprise on Magic Mountain Parkway and had the best experience. Julieta K.M. Assisted me with finding an economic midsize car when I was in a bind, moreover, she adjusted my rate after returning the car a day in advance and was over an hour late due to heavy traffic.
