Bad service, they rush you to sign a contract that is different from what they say. Gabriel the assistant manager said they loose money out of their pockets, not sure what the corporate policy here is. Just don’t trust them.

The customer service was good and everything went smoothly
Rented 2 cars over 2 weeks & I have to say my first experience wasn't the best. The car wasn't the cleanest & there was a bit of a funny smell. Customer service also was slightly lacking. But the second time could not have been better. Daniel Phan was brilliant. Gave us a nice car, checking it out properly, offered me the extra insurance & roadside assistance if needed, which wasn't offered the first time. Gave me his card in case we needed anything.
