Roadside assistance is nonexistent. I was broke down 18 out of 24 hours because they rented me a faulty car that was zip tied together! Manager was rude! Never ever again! Do not recommend!
I rented a car from enterprise in Rome ga. I bought the extra insurance and was broke down 18 of the 24 hrs. The car was rigged and zip tied at the bottom. The person who was supposed to your Tow the car called and cussed me out saying I need to call AAA. I was Nevery compensated in any way for my trouble. The manager there is rude and i definitely would never recommend enterprise.
I was loyal for 10 years. Enterprise betrayed me in an instant: They helped the white family. Told me to come back in the morning! Still waiting at Pikes Collision Center. Pikes called and was told they were sending the driver right over. I just called 40 minutes later to see where the driver was and someone else told me I had a confirmed appt for 4:30pm—30 min from my call. Unbelievable. Hope the rest of my experience isn’t the same. I booked a cargo van well in advance for my move and even received a call from the location to confirm the pickup for today. After driving over 40 minutes to the Woodland Hills location, I was told—after 20 minutes of paperwork—that no cargo van was available. Instead, they offered me a 10-seat passenger van. So UNPROFESSIONAL. Reserved a vehicle in advance. They called to verify my appointment the day before. I specifically stated that I needed the vehicle by 9 am. They said no problem. I show up about 10 minutes before 9 am, only to hear them tell me that they had no vehicles. When I asked how long they were talking. She believed that maybe, they would have something by 10 am. We rented Hyundai Kona Sel4 Blue Med location 363 Bay St S.I. N.Y. they were very helpful. They did a great job. I would recommend Enterprise to friends n family.
