I rented a car for a week and asked for winter tires a day before pickup, the staff were really kind enough to make sure my request was granted even though it was last minute. Everyone was nice and looked after me. When I returned the car, they gave me a ride back home which I thought was really sweet.

Unprofessional, I took a car where I got break down ,when I call the place I took the vehicle in waterloo. They make me wait 47 mins the time was 11.47am and when I call them back from different phone the office was closed at 12pm .I call the hotline customer care they told me they will call me and resolve the issue next day .I never received a call such as .I car was sleeping for 3 days ....No More enterprise and I did complain the issue to my insurance.

I had a wonderful experience renting from this company.They did not have the car in stock that was on the website.So the lady and the assistant manager (BK?)went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with a different vehicle, and sweetened up my deal.They have truly a remarkable team that needs a raise)without raising my price on the vehicle;). The price was amazing too, thank you so much. PS the 2 ladies really know how to make customers feel cared for. I they get huge Christmas bonuses.
