Repeated Poor Service & Unprofessional Branch Manager I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at this specific Enterprise Rent-A-Car, specifically dealing with the Branch Manager, Xavier, and it’s reached a point where need to warn others. I booked a rental over a month in advance and specifically requested a luxury sedan (approximately $54/day). When I arrived, Xavier informed me they didn’t have any vehicles in that class available. The staff at this location were very organized, kind and they made it clear that they valued our time. The service was efficient and helpful. One staff member took the time to drive us a few minutes down the road to pick up our car that was being serviced. Thank you for your time and care!
