Great customer service!!
Don’t rent from this small franchise in Fishers, Indiana as they couldn’t provide rental car on the day it was reserved! Agent explained that their reservation system doesn’t have visibility of what’s scheduled to be returned. Since their reservation and return systems aren’t synchronized, they cancel on you at the last minute messing up your plans!
Love my Fisher Landing Enterprise Team! They are always welcoming and easy to work with. My cars are always clean, ready to go and dependable.
After Hertz let us down by not having our car, or any car, on the date we (Gold Members) had reserved, Enterprise was able to provide the car we needed at a moment’s notice and had us on our way in just 15 minutes! Couldn’t be happier. Goodbye Hertz, we found a better company.
