When renting a car, especially from this branch, try to do it online to avoid having to deal with them in person. They are always busy and always under staffed.
If you have an issue with these folks, save yourself the hassle of calling their "customer support". It goes from one level to another and you NEVER get anything but excuses. Worthless help line.
Rates here are not that great compared to other rental places. Also make sure that you call an hour ahead for them to pick you up. And I bet they are still late. Happens every time.
