Don't waste your time renting from this company. There are many better options. I had first reserved a pickup truck from the Queen St. Brampton location, and while I was on my way there, they called and told me they don't have any pickup trucks available, so had to turn around and go back home. I was then told there was one pickup truck available at the Carlingview Dr. Etobicoke location. Was on my way there and once again got a call saying they don't have any pickup trucks available. Terrible experience with this car. It was dirty with ex-driver hairs on seat, smelled bad, and was three months overdue for service at over 90,000 km. The air conditioning barely worked, making the entire trip hot and miserable
