I can't say enough about how helpful the staff here were. I picked up my vehicle at Pearson airport and specifically and paid for winter tires. $20 a day. When I picked up the vehicle they were all season tires. We were in such a rush to see a sick family member I just left, figured I'd argue later. I returned the vehicle to this location and took the train back to Toronto. When we did the walk around the employee was so upset that I paid for winter tires and didn't get them. Good cars, they do hold cars, just not for me.
Never again. Who is running this place? The manager is supposed to be the example and he's the worst example for your staff. There's nothing worse than going to a business and not feeling welcomed.
