Everyone was very helpful and professional. I definitely recommend this location to anyone.
Any other time I’d give 5 stars because I’ve always had a great experience here up until yesterday when I had a car reserved and when I got there the vehicle I reserved they didn’t have which is normal I don’t think I ever got what I reserved. Normally I pay with my debit card and show my license and 2 pay stubs with no problems. But yesterday for some reason I was told they need a bill with my name on it which I don’t have so they refused to rent to me. Ive been booking through enterprise for a long time now. 1st time with this location. Transferred an existing rental over to here. They canceled it at 5pm the day before my trip. Told me "all reservations made within 24 hours were cancelled" which would be great had mine not been made weeks prior. Instead of honoring the agreement with a rental they advised me there are no vehicles available. One call to the airport location and I was in a car within the hour and matched the booking price from when I booked it weeks before. ... read more
