I reserved a luxury sedan. When I arrived at the branch, they said the car wasn't available and offered to rent me a small SUV from Nissan or Kia instead. Customers who reserve luxury vehicles want a nice car, even if it costs more. But the alternative brands they suggested aren't just cheaper—they're trashy brands with no reason to buy them. This is truly the worst service. It was incredibly irresponsible

Best enterprise location in the city and the best place to rent a car in Calgary. Ricardo and his staff truly go above and beyond for their customers, his team Owen and Justin were just as wonderful to deal with. I will definitely continue my business with this location. The team here is super helpful and friendly. We arrived after the office hour on Friday due to the traffic. The staffs supposed to off work, but they still helped us very patiently and friendly.
I had to get the rental due to car accident. Overall, I had a very positive experience. The car was relatively new and clean, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. Check-in and check-out process is fast. Thanks to Ricardo and another Asian guy. I didn't get his name. You guys are doing a good job. Keep it up!
