Friendly staff, no issues with the car rental whatsoever.
The customer service staff was great as always at Enterprise. I needed a Chrysler Pacifica for moving. As others mentioned, the national reservation service isn't linked to the local level. I reserved, then called the local branch. They told me the car wasn't available after the national reservation said it was. No problem, the local staff put me on the wait list and called back a day later to say it was available for me. I rented it. On the stuff was very nice very welcome and very patient give me choices on the different vehicles. Help me to choose one that fits my budget and I think that was very nice.
The best enterprise branch to get a car!! I started my car rental journey from this branch and was deeply impressed with their customer service. The folks at the desk make sure that every customer is attended nicely and not made to wait for long time to get the car. They also make sure that if the car I booked was unavailable, they would always give the option to get a free upgrade.
