Vehicle was not prepared after last rental. Gas was 1/4 tank. Interior was dirty with pet hair. Smelled like wet dogs. Damage was not indicated, but had full insurance so not an issue. Rose on the other hand was a pleasure to deal with.

Nous avons vécu en famille 6 mois à Québec et, ne possédant pas de voiture, nous en avons loué très régulièrement à l'hotel Delta (Agence Enterprise) pour découvrir la région en fin de semaine. Franchement, nous sommes absolument ravis. C'est Rose-Marie qui s'est occupée de nous la plupart du temps et franchement, elle a été géniale: agréable, compréhensive, s'adaptant à nos besoins, efficace...
