I want to share a scary experience and a problem I had with one of my rentals from W. 1st, Vancouver location and how well the manager Mohsin Khan handled it. I rented a full size Jeep and I was in the Costco parking lot at the back, it was dark and the store was closed. One faubs was acting up so I separated them and had the good one, it was dead!
