Avoid renting here at all costs. During vehicle pickup the employee performed a two second walk around of the vehicle and said he found no damage. At drop-off the employee inspected the car for over 30 minutes while I had to wait in another room. Eventuall he claimed to have found a tiny dent in the door panel that they are trying to charge me $5000 to have repaired. I suspect this is a frequent scam that they run if they think your credit card has good insurance coverage.

I’ve rented a car here about 3 times now and always great agents. They are always very busy and try their best to assist everyone in a timely manner. I rented a sedan and when I went to pick it up there was a delay from a previous renter therefore it was not there. They upgraded me for free to a compact suv. Which was on the lot and was a very appreciated gesture. Today is a Saturday and they close at 12 noon. Ankit is awesome! Had a real beauty of an experience down at Enterprise on W1 eh! TOTAL BEAUTY. Ankit helped me as soon as I stepped through the doors.
