They don't accept all credit cards. Only "major" cards are accepted. It would be nice to know before showing up for a reservation. Waste of time.
Easy car rental but disappointed at the car being dirty below is the picture of the dried mud on all 4 fender wells
Don’t plan on using a temporary drivers license to pick up vehicle. Will not be accepted. And vehicle upgrades accepted the day prior to vehicle pickup may not show on the computer at the counter. Great experience otherwise.
If you book through a 3rd party they do not inform you that there is a $400 deposit required with a major credit. This was a major issue for me seeing I didn't have that available on a credit card. They would not except a debit card. The staff was nice, it wasnt there fault. They did give me a free upgrade, I didn't ask, they might not have had what I was suppose to get. Amazing service. Once I figured out the car..it was great. Would have been greater had someone introduced me to it and showed me all how it works.
