Don’t plan on using a temporary drivers license to pick up vehicle. Will not be accepted. And vehicle upgrades accepted the day prior to vehicle pickup may not show on the computer at the counter. Great experience otherwise.
If you book through a 3rd party they do not inform you that there is a $400 deposit required with a major credit. This was a major issue for me seeing I didn't have that available on a credit card. They would not except a debit card. The staff was nice, it wasnt there fault. They did give me a free upgrade, I didn't ask, they might not have had what I was suppose to get. The car I received was not not full of gas, it was on the full mark and it showed 386 miles until empty, but when I filled up, it was closer to 450 miles un... read more
Amazing service. Once I figured out the car..it was great. Would have been greater had someone introduced me to it and showed me all how it works.
Saved me from Hertz. Seriously, do not book Hertz at this location or you will likely be left without a car. Enterprise here isn't great at answering phones, but their pickup and drop-off service is silky smooth.
