I had a really poor experience today with Enterprise, especially at the North York Centre location. This was my first time renting with Enterprise, and I wasn’t aware that a credit card was mandatory. I waited in the queue, completed the check-in, and when I tried to pay with my debit card, the staff asked if I had a credit card. I said no. The employee then told me I could pay when returning the car and proceeded to complete the booking instead of stopping the process there. The staff at the location were really helpful, for some reason my cards cards didn't work and they were super patient with me to walk me through the process with a debit card. Ended up getting lucky with a brand new mazda! The return process was easy and everything went smoothly. A bit tricky to find the location but other than that, everything was great. Thanks again to you both :)

I have rented from the location a few times. Overall, I have had a good experience with the team. Arpit is professional and helps to onboard quickly. If you request a drop off/ pick up service in advance (on weekdays), they provide it. Thank you to Francis for a smooth and quick drop off :)
