I have rented with Enterprise for years and many weeks even this year through my corporate contracts. When I can, I try to use my local store. Even though this rental was made by our corporate travel agency, I was asked to supply a utility bill if I wanted to use my debit card. This has NEVER been requested previously. Point of fact I pay all my utility bills on-line. When I offered to show a cell phone bill on my phone, I was told this was unacceptable.
