An hour before my appointment they called me to let me know all of their trucks have been recalled with no other vehicles available to fit my needs.
Made a reservation to pick up a car car was not available. They told us you can get one next week no resolution no solution. Nothing not a good place. Enterprise rental car does not honor your reservations.
I've been a loyal customer of Enterprise for many years and have always been very happy with the service at every location until I went to this location. The vehicle had been in an accident with a broken fender that they initially tried to blame me for. After some argument, they agreed it was from previous damage. Why continue to rent this car and blame customers for the damage is beyond me. Why no fix it?
