Very Quick transaction, polite and very pleasant employee
I initially received a vehicle that was overdue for service so I had to return it after a couple of days. My second vehicle was on Empty so I had to get straight to a gas station. After getting paid $1500 for a month long rental, Enterprise charged me an extra $50 two weeks later without any invoice or explanation. My rental was through the 24th, so the return date was Christmas but since they were closed on Christmas, I returned it the next morning.
