The wife and self were up in the SLO area for a few day visit (7/7-7/9) taking the Amtrak. Had an Enterprise rental reservation from this location. I called the day previous to the trip and spoke with Keaton Murphy for a pick-up at SLO Amtrak. He said no problem and to call when we were about 10 minutes out. The absolute worst the customer service I have ever had in any industry! Specifically called in to customer service early. 8:00 mountain time. Enough time that if I needed to make changes to my reservation I could. Was explicitly told from corporate that they do close at 11:00 p m. However there will be someone available for up 2 hours after 11:00 to make sure that you get your rental. I arrived at 11:12 p m. Nick and the team are amazing always. They provide options , take care of your concerns, really help you choose a car, advise on do's n donts especially when renting Toyotas. I like that they maintain transparency and honor customer bookings in the order it is made. Very friendly and my goto place to book rental in SLO
