I have had a great experience with the Enterprise location on Broad Street in San Luis Obispo. The customer service is excellent, both online and in person. The online booking process is easy, the vehicles are always clean and ready for pickup, and the overall rental process is smooth and hassle-free. I regularly rent from this location when attending work conferences and have never had any issues. Overall, it has consistently been a positive experience.

My husband and I decided to rent a car through the local Enterprise franchise in San Luis Obispo, CA rather than dealing with the airport rentals at the airport. From the initial reservation to the final drop off everyone was professional and courteous, and helpful. The prices were reasonable and the car was exactly what we reserved. Overall, I would highly recommend using Enterprise in San Louis Obispo CA. They even include a complimentary ride to and from the Amtrak Station in town.
Made the mistake of booking with this company instead of another car rental agency at the same airport. Very shady in not only the way I'm getting charged, but also how you can't even directly contact them. With their neighbor agency, when I booked a time outside of open hours through Amex (so I couldn't see their open hours) I could call a number that went straight to their desk and coordinate for late night car pickup.
