Booked a car and got an email that there was none available and to call to discuss other options. When we went to call to see what was available someone answered then promptly hung up before we could ask about other cares that may be available. Thinking it happened in error we tried several times with no difference - heard the call click from hold as off they were going to answer then after a couple of seconds hung up. Wanted to give a shoutout to Leonard the assistant branch manager. What a pro! Professional, friendly, and genuinely happy to help out. Picked up my vehicle at the end of the day towards closing and he made sure to cover every detail and provide a great experience even at the end of a long day.
