Went to pick up car that was already reserved for us. The young lady at counter at airport said we couldn't take it because the person that had reserved it, wasn't the one driving. Had to stand at counter and make a new reservation under my name and provide MY credit card and driver's license. (They would not accept my debit card). Wasted 15 minutes filling out information for a car that we had already reserved! Great customer service and great vehicle
Kingston location is a joke over the yrs we've needed to rent a car, our Insurance company only guarantees full payment coverage when using enterprise. Each time we've had to wait from 24 to 48 hrs to pickup one up. They seldom have cars available. One would think if the demand is that great, that they would add to their inventory What away to manage a business!
The day I picked up my car they were very busy so I wish they would have had a little more time to take care of cleaning the car other than that they were very nice
