Great customer service. Fast and easy rental process. Luke was a lifesaver, delivered as promised
Very disappointing that I had made a reservation over a week earlier for a large SUV. I get to the rental location to pickup my car and I am told that they don’t have any available and don’t have any scheduled to come in. They did not leave a message for me or text me prior that they wouldn’t have one available so that I could make alternate arrangements. They also didn’t offer to deliver one to me from an alternate location.
Zach at the Avon, CO Enterprise location was professional, kind, and went the extra mile in order to help even he didn't have too. That man was exceptional and if I was Enterprise I wouldn't hesitate giving him a raise or even a promotion. Thank you Zach and Enterprise!!
