They guys were great, I had to rent last minute and they had a car for me. Customer service really nice and really good prices!
They didn't have an economic car available like I had reserved but they were willing to work w me on a price adjustment due to my long road trip and high gas prices. The car was clean and pretty. The gentlemen that helped me were very kind and I appreciated the quick pick up and drop off process. Thank you!!!
My car broke down on I-70 and I ended up getting towed into Silverthorne. I walked over to Enterprise and spoke with Trandon. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any cars available—but that’s where this story takes a turn. Trandon went way above and beyond. He didn’t just stop at “we don’t have a car.” He took the time to find another rental company that could help me, and then—on his own time—drove me there in his personal vehicle.
