Our recent experience with Viola Degranffenreid was deeply upsetting and unacceptable. She was rude, dismissive, and passive-aggressive toward my wife from the moment she arrived. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend and reliable. 10 minute wait max both times dealing with customers ahead of me. Very polite, very courteous. This location didn't have the vehicle in that I reserved online, I was upgraded to a Dodge Ram, same price. Great vehicle and very appreciated. I was given a courtesy ride back to the place I was staying at as well. Thank you very much.

Save yourself the time and energy and find a way to get to the palm springs airport location. Skip 29 and yucca valley locations as they are absolutely horrible. The only worker here was not only rude and inconsiderate to military members and their family, but also was out of office multiple times a day delaying us getting our rental (twice) and did not return by the time the note on the door said she would. Was not greeted with a name. Not worth the headache.
