Save yourself the time and energy and find a way to get to the palm springs airport location. Skip 29 and yucca valley locations as they are absolutely horrible. The only worker here was not only rude and inconsiderate to military members and their family, but also was out of office multiple times a day delaying us getting our rental (twice) and did not return by the time the note on the door said she would. Was not greeted with a name. Not worth the headache.

Easy in and out vehicle rental. The customer service was great and the vehicle was perfect.
Great customer service! They obviously know Marines well, and work through 95% of issues they face. Definitely plan ahead, as it can get busy if you have not already made a reservation.
