EPIC FAIL!!! I’ve been renting cars here for a long time and rent multiple times per month!!!! Today I get online at my house and made a reservation for a full size auto, to be picked up at 430 pm. Reservation was accepted, confirmation number sent to me. Got in my car and drove to the rental place. The new Mgr tells me he doesn’t have a full size car available. This is the location to go to in Fort Wayne if you need to rent a car. Even better prices if you are an Enterprise Plus member.
Doug was phenomenal when insurance was less than helpful. I would use this location before any other.
