I recently had a family emergency and needed a rental car right away. In the past, I’ve had negative experiences with the South Boston VA location—three times, in fact. Each time I made a reservation, online or over the phone, we were told no cars were available upon arrival. I could have understood if it happened once, but after it happened multiple times, it became extremely inconvenient because we had to drive farther out just to find a rental.
