I wanted to take this time to thank Jada for a seamless experience renting a car today. I was apprehensive because of the bad reviews She set everything up for me in the car that I wasn’t familiar with. She has a great attitude. I’m a senior citizen and that really means a lot to me
Worse location overall. The attendant dissapeared, office is locked, the dude washing the cars always runs away when I'm trying to talk to him to find out what's going on. Worse Costumer Service! Lazy folks. Went there then a second time and confronted the Lady and she got all Mad/Rude about it and kicked me out of the Branch. Unbelievable!!! This Time I will take this above and beyond!!!
I’ve been a loyal customer with Enterprise for years, but this location is a disgrace. If you don’t show up exactly at your reservation time, they will give your car away to someone who didn’t even have a reservation without even calling first to see if you’re coming. If you’re an experienced renter like me, you know that Enterprise will hold your reservation for the day, or they will call you to see if you’re coming before giving your car away, but this location doesn’t care, they’ll just give it away. Staff was friendly and helpful. Whole process was quick and organized.
