Absolutely terrible customer service. Understaffed. I sat and waited over an hour for them to give me my car. They then provided me false information and charged me extra money. They never answer the phone. I had to call about 15 times just to talk to the manager but he ended up hanging up on me because he was “confused” and I couldn’t get an answer again. Have been dealing with them for over 3 months now and never was about get an answer/call back. Would recommend NEVER renting from here.
Everything was good. The staff was polite and courteous but we did have to wait for 30 minutes for a car to become available when we were trying to get on the road to our destination but everything else was great.
Don’t get a rental from King George Enterprise I’m sitting at the garage waiting for them to find a car to bring me after I had to reschedule because they didn’t have a car this is absolutely ridiculous how can you be a car rental business and have no cars Just don’t
