They mixed up gave us the wrong car but was very helpful when we got back and tried to help the problem the manager was vet nice

Generally I've always had a good experience with enterprise so this was a bit of a one off. The vehicle I rent most recently needed to be serviced and would get vibrations at freeway speeds. I get that this by itself is not uncommon to vehicles, the frustrating part of this experience was jumping through hoops calling the closest enterprise locations and even driving to one only to be told they don't have any vehicles available and couldn't help me.
