Lack of inventory, lack of staffing, not reliable.
David was excellent. Went above and beyond to help me after I had an accident with my car. Don't go anywhere else. (Unless it's Park City Enterprise because he works from there as well!! Great customer service!
I had a cross country move. Booked my van well ahead of the move. Showed up today to pick up the van , and they let me know their vans weren't delivered. I am now scrambling to figure out how I am going to move today.
Unfortunately I can’t give this location a ZERO rating. Reserved a mini van for our family of five road trip, thirty minutes prior to pickup we are notified that they don’t have a vehicle of that size available. This forced us to rent a full size SUV at the airport costing us significantly more. I contacted manager and was told there was nothing he could do for me.
