Poor service, dirty cars, low stock, can’t guarantee the car size that you book and will downgrade you without reimbursement. Understaffed.
We had a bad experience with them 😞 my brother rented a car in Minneapolis in August 16th to drop off in eagle pass on August 17th, he dropped the car off in eagle pass around 2:45 pm. It was around 2 hours before the time expected. But in Wednesday 19th they were texting to my brother saying that he never went to drop the car off when he did it we called to both branches eagle pass and Minneapolis to ask about this situation and they say the same thing the car wasn't drop off.
