The people right are the best and fast I will this location, even if I have to go out of the way
If I could give this place a NO STAR I would. Absolutely the worst ever experience in my life. Rented a car, the confirmation came through HOWEVER they had no cars! The website leads you to believe they have cars, ask you for different upgrades and options, you complete the transaction, get your confirmation but you never get a car! They have ZERO customer service, they have nothing but excuses. You call head office, same results. I was given a car that was having engine problems and had to return it. Was gaslight being told it was probably my driving. SAME EXACT THING happened to my friend today. Van undrivable after 15min and then told it probably was left in cruise control. No, your cars need proper service and you need to DO BETTER. I highly suggest going to Enterprise in Alliston. Never had a problem there.
I just dealt with Collingwood Enterprise and while my interactions were short, I was very happy with the service. Both associates I dealt with upon pick-up and drop-off were wonderful! My rental car was waiting for me upon arrival and their shuttle offering to and from the body shop is very convenient.
