I had a chance to talk to several employees at the Collingwood enterprise location and they were all great to deal with the location was clean. The car was ready and clean and upon arrival back to drop off the car things are quick and efficient.
I needed a rental for 2 weeks while my car was in for repairs. The staff at the Collingwood office were friendly, helpful, & efficient. And I received the vehicle I wanted to rent.
Checking in was a very quick and easy process. The customer service representative was very friendly while providing an orientation of a Chevy vehicle that was not accustomed to. The car was like brand new and drove perfectly and safely. Will definitely return!
Interior of the vehicle was unclean...inside windshield was filthy! If I rent from Enterprise again I will definitely be checking the interior before signing anything! Smelled like a$$ in there.
