Oliviya was very helpful and professional. She was patient as she tried to get the code from the out of state dealership for the discount for my car rental for the warranty for my car. After 3 hours we were finally successful, and I was able to rent a car that was covered by the warranty.
This review is specifically for the Enterprise on 6331 Flightline Dr in Evansville. While the employees here are polite, they will rush you through the process, especially regarding their rental contract, and will not take the time to explain to you which parts are and are not covered by insurance and will not give you the time you need to read the contract so that you understand you are being charged extra fees.
